Ros Toynbee LLB, DipLP, PgDip, ACC
Ros Toynbee is a former BBC journalist, radio trainer and coach who is passionate about helping journalists and charities to unlearn bad habits and take on best practice interview and coaching techniques. Ros is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and is a member of the Association for Coaching. She has trained with the Work Foundation, CoachU (USA), is a speaker for the CIPD and is a NLP Practitioner.


Mark Brayne
Mark Brayne has 30 years of experience as a foreign correspondent and senior editor for Reuters and the BBC World Service. At the BBC and other news organisations he pioneered the introduction of routine trauma training and support for journalists and programme-makers, and as a trained psychotherapist he brings with him a deeper understanding of the motivations and emotions of sensitive interviewees and case studies. www.braynework.com
